Woven Yoga & Massage is an adaptive and dynamic studio eager to grow with the community we are serving. We are distinctively instructor- and women-owned. As instructors, we acknowledge the perpetual growth yoga has to offer, and commit to remaining students of a practice we love sharing.

Woven offers an array of guided classes for students to discover, develop, and deepen their yoga practice. Yoga is a practice with immeasurable benefits and layers. We emphasize a focus on the physical practice of yoga. From the foundation of physical movement, open doors to other layers like concentration, meditation, breath control, absorption, and more. We hope to educate our society on all the benefits yoga has to offer, leading towards vitality and bliss.

Class types

WOVEN FLOW

FLOW prioritizes movement being regulated by breath. You will be guided through a vinyasa practice to engage the connection of your body and mind. Each FLOW class will be uniquely designed by your instructors. This offers variety, opportunities to create new goals for your yoga, and continual growth. FLOW invites more advanced variations of shapes, while still offering layers and modifications for any practitioner to feel welcome.

WOVEN FOUNDATIONS

Step into a discovery mode of yoga postures. FOUNDATIONS is a safe space to introduce yourself to, or tune up, the poses in your yoga practice. During a FOUNDATIONS sequence you can expect more time to warm up and cool down, with a splash of work pairing breath and movement in the peak of practice. With an emphasis on structure and form, deepen your awareness of how your body responds to stillness and motion alike.

WOVEN FLEX

Challenge your body and mind with this combination of yoga, cardio, and strength training. FLEX is a high-intensity, upbeat class rooted in yoga postures, while weaving in the option to add additional weights. Come experience this fast-paced spin on an ancient tradition to get your heart pumping and muscles conditioned.

WOVEN FOLD

This is our yin style yoga class, created with the intention to slow you down. You can expect passive postures practiced on the ground, with extended hold times for your body to fully release into. Benefits from this practice include meditative opportunities, the invitation of clarity through stillness, relaxation, and so much more. FOLD’s slow motion approach integrates work on flexibility in a way that won't shock or strain your muscles. This pace also helps retain the space you are creating in your body. Enjoy hands on assistance (upon consent) with our Licensed Massage Therapist and take your relaxation to the next level.
